Sodium Toluene Sulphonate ( Navdeetrope TS ) is used as a hydrotrope and viscosity modifier in detergent formulations. This can be incorporated in Alpha Olefin Sulphonate (AOS), and linear alkyl benzene sulphonate slurry at a concentration ranging from 3 – 5 % making the liquid formulation clear, more effective and more cheaper and would make dry detergent powder, free flowing and crisp.
